How do I use Clearpay?
What you need to get started:
A UK bank account
Must be 18 years of age or older
A UK residential address
1. What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a payment service that allows Psolace to offer their customers the ability to make a purchase immediately, but pay for that purchase in 4 automatic instalments that can be split out in a way that suits you best. The Psolace customer is able to choose how much they would like to initially pay upfront, and the remainder of the payment is then split over 3 instalments which are paid every 2 weeks interest-free.
2. How do I use Clearpay?
Select the treatment system of your choice on Psolace.com and check out as normal. During checkout, when asked your preferred payment method, you will need to choose Clearpay. You will then be forwarded to Clearpay’s website to create an account and provide payment details. If, however, you already have a Clearpay account, you will simply need to log into your account. You are then ready to complete your order.
3. Can I use Clearpay if I am an international customer?
Clearpay is only available to customers who live in the UK and have a UK residential address.
4. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
At the time of purchase, you will need to make your first Clearpay payment. The balance will then be split over 3 interest-free payments which will be automatically deducted from your selected payment method.
Simply log into your Clearpay account if you would like to make an additional unscheduled payment before your due date. The amount owed will be updated automatically by Clearpay. You are able to view your payment schedule and payment dates in your Clearpay account at any time.
5. What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?
When a payment is due and funds are not available, then a £6 late payment fee will be automatically charged. If a missed payment is not made within 7 days of the due date then an additional £6 fee will be automatically charged. Late fees may not exceed 25% of the total purchase price.
6. How do I return an item purchased with Clearpay?
Our return policy for products purchased with or without Clearpay remain the same.
Due to the type of product we sell, ALL 7 items in your pack must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, and be returned to us within 14 days of original delivery date to be eligible for a refund. You will be liable to pay for all shipping costs to return your product to us.
Please only send your items back inside the original box that you received them in.
Please email us to obtain a return note, which must be included in your returned package.
We recommend sending your parcel via the cheapest courier service possible.

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding your refund, which will take circa 5 working days to be processed back in your account. The refund will be made to the original payment method used. We reserve the right to decline any refund.
We advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure and reputable courier company. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages that you return.
We work quickly to pack and post your package. Unfortunately, this means your order cannot be amended or cancelled once you have placed it. This includes changing your delivery address and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
Once we finalise your refund on our system, it will then also automatically be updated on Clearpay’s system. Once Clearpay process your refund it will be become visible in your payment plan.
The complicated bit...
Clearpay’s system will adjust your payments from your last instalment backwards. This means that your final payment might be reduced to zero, but the rest of your payments will stay the same. Clearpay’s systems cannot spread the new purchase price out evenly across your four payments or across the remaining payments.
Financial refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution. If you have any questions you should follow up with them asap.
We know that keeping your first couple of payments the same, even though you’ve received a partial refund, may not be what you wanted. But it’s the easiest way to run a system that helps you plan, book, buy and pay without ever losing control of your money.
