You may be liable for late payment fees should you not receive your monthly statements, therefore you must contact Klarna Customer Service, to update your details, if your email address changes after your order has been placed.

1.  What is Klarna?

Klarna is an account with a line of credit which you can use to buy goods and pay for over time. The treatment system you purchase with Psolace will be sent to you by the store. Psolace will be responsible for confirming your order and delivery tracking details.  You’ll also receive a physical copy of your credit agreement from Klarna within a few days, as well as a welcome email with a link to your first monthly statement. Statements are sent on or around the 7th of each month. You can also log in via the Klarna app, available on IOS and Android, at any time to review your purchases and payments or settle your monthly statement. 2.  How do I use Klarna?

Shop on Psolace.com and check out as normal. At checkout, select the Klarna payment method.  The treatment system you purchase with Psolace will be sent to you by the store. Psolace will be responsible for confirming your order and delivery tracking details.  Following your purchase, you will receive a physical copy of your credit agreement from Klarna within days of your purchase and a welcome email with a link to your first monthly statement. 3.  Can I use Klarna if I’m an international customer?

Yes, Klarna is available to customers in the following countries:  Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, UK and the USA.

 

4.  How does the Klarna payment instalments work?

Klarna’s instalments allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal monthly payments. Your 1st instalment will be collected from Klarna when you place your order with Psolace.  Your 2nd payment will be scheduled 30 days later and your 3rd payment will be scheduled for 60 day later.  The payments will be automatically debited/credited from the card details that you entered at checkout.

 

5.  How does the Klarna pay later work?

Klarna’s Pay later option will allow you to pay for your order 14 or 30 days after your treatment system has been shipped. If you select the Pay later option and it is accepted, an email will be sent by Klarna with payment instructions once your treatment system is shipped. You will be able to view your order by following the link that will be sent in your email.

 

6.  What will happen if I am unable to pay my Klarna instalment?

Please contact Klarna’s Customer Services team if you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to make future payments.  Klarna will work with you to find the best solution to help you.

 

7.  How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?

Please liaise with Psolace Customer Support about returning your purchase.  When your cancellation or return has been accepted then Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amount due to you.  Please note that refunds will be processed in 5 to 7 working days.
