Unfortunately due to the type of product we sell, ALL 7 items in your pack must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, and be returned to us within 14 days of original delivery date to be eligible for a refund. You will be liable to pay for all shipping costs to return your product to us.
How to return an item for refund
Please only send your items back inside the original box that you received them in.
Please email us to obtain a return note, which must be included in your returned package.
We recommend sending your parcel via the cheapest courier service possible.

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding your refund, which will take circa 5 working days to be processed back in your account. The refund will be made to the original payment method used. We reserve the right to decline any refund.
We advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure and reputable courier company. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages that you return.
We work quickly to pack and post your package. Unfortunately, this means your order cannot be amended or cancelled once you have placed it. This includes changing your delivery address and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
If you reject your order at the door, or do not collect your parcel from a pick up shop, we will refund you once the parcel has reached our fulfilment centre. Our carriers charge us a fee for getting the parcel back to us, so this amount will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
