What is Psolace and how does it work?

Psolace is a 30 day treatment system that was created by a psoriasis suffer specifically for people with a chronic skin condition. The treatment system is a uniquely formulated range of seven different products, comprising of capsules, powders and a topical skin cream.
All products are 100% natural and are formulated with potent, high quality herbs and botanicals. Products are designed to be taken at a specific time of the day in combination with our suggested diet plan. The ingredients in our powder and capsule products work by cleansing and detoxifying your gut to restore a healthy alkaline balance and the ingredients in our topical skin cream help to relieve itchiness and inflammation on your skin.

Is Psolace tested on animals?

We strongly believe against any form of animal testing. We do not, and will never test any of our products on animals.

How do I access my membership area?

After placing your order, you will be sent an email with details of your purchase as well as a link to access our private member area on Facebook. This membership area is available exclusively for you to share your questions and receive support from other members who are also experiencing the effects of their chronic skin condition.

Is Psolace Gluten-free?

Yes, absolutely. All products in our range are gluten free.

Is Psolace Vegan friendly?

Yes, absolutely. All ingredients in our product range are vegan friendly, except for honey, which we use in product 2 (Balance+).

Does Psolace contain any allergens?

No, all products in our range do not contain any common allergens, however, please be sure to check all our ingredients carefully to confirm if they are suited to you.

Is Psolace made from natural ingredients?

Yes, all ingredients in our product range are 100% natural.

Does Psolace have any artificial sweeteners, flavours, colours, preservatives or additives?

No! The ingredients in all our products are 100% natural with absolutely nothing artificial.

Is Psolace organic?

Is Psolace suitable for children?

Whilst all the ingredients used in our product range are 100% natural, the dosages used in our formulations are unfortunately not suitable for babies or children. Is Psolace suitable for pregnant / nursing women?

Unfortunately our products are not suitable for pregnant / nursing women.

Is this safe to take with other medication?

All our ingredients are 100% natural and safe to take, however, please consult with you Doctor prior to taking.

Is Psolace suitable for diabetics?

While all our ingredients are safe and 100% natural, your body will be going through an element of fasting and detoxification which may cause your blood sugar levels to change and so it is always strongly advisable that you seek advice from your Doctor before proceeding with this 30 day treatment system.

Using the Products FAQ

How do I use the products?

We’ve created a product book specifically for you that explain exactly how each product is to be taken throughout each day. This book is provided together with your 30 day treatment system.

How do I store the products?

Store all the products in a cool, dry area. Storage instructions are clearly noted on the packaging of each product.

Do I have to follow the exact 30 day diet plan provided?

We understand that following our suggested diet plan (provided in your treatment system) may be difficult for people with certain eating habits, however, part of achieving success with this treatment system comes from the food you eat each day and so we strongly recommend that you do strictly follow our diet plan, however, if this is not possible then we urge you strictly avoid ALL foods listed in your product guide booklet, and eat ONLY the recommended food types (also listed in the product guide booklet).

Do I have to strictly drink only mineral water when taking the products?

Drinking the correct type and quality of water in crucial. Bottled mineral water (unflavoured, still water only) with a pH level of 7.3 and above is required for optimal results, however, if this is absolutely not possible for you then filtered tap water may be used.

Order and Delivery FAQ

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed quickly and easily through our website. Simply select the 30 day treatment system product and checkout by making payment with your debit or credit card. You may also upgrade to a 60 day treatment system at checkout and obtain a $90 discount.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal as well as the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

I would like to subscribe on an ongoing monthly basis?

Great! Please send us an email with your request to subscriptions@psolace.com and we will set this up for you.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do, however, please note that orders for outside of the United Kingdom may incur a charge. Please see our Delivery page for costs. Duties and taxes may also be due upon delivery. Your local customs office will assess the amount of duty and tax to be paid - this will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any and all duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Do you offer free shipping?

Sadly we can only offer free shipping for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

How much are your delivery costs?

We offer free delivery for within the United Kingdom. A charge of up to USD25 will apply to deliver to any other country in the rest of the world. Please see our Delivery page for costs

When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent via tracked delivery and will be processed and shipped to you within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Delivery times to the United Kingdom will be between 1-7 days and delivery to all other countries will vary depending on the country the parcel is being shipped to, but generally may take up to 10 days. Please note all orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been placed on our website, you will be sent an email with a tracking number from the shipping company. This tracking number can be used on the relevant shipping company’s website to check the exact location and expected delivery time of your order.

Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We work quickly to pack and post your package. Unfortunately, this means your order cannot be amended or cancelled once you have placed it. This includes changing your delivery address and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

Can I return my order?

Yes, however, unfortunately due to the type of product we sell, ALL 7 items in your pack must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, and be returned to us within 30 days of original delivery date to be eligible for a refund. You will be liable to pay for all shipping costs to return your product to us. We reserve the right to decline any refund. Please note: We advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure and reputable courier company. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages that you return.

How do I manage my subscription?

All subscription enquiries, amendments, cancellation, or sales must be sent to us via email at subscriptions@psolace.com and we will assist you.

I have a discount code, how do I redeem it?

All discount codes can be redeemed when placing an order on our website. Simply type in your discount code when prompted to do so and the price of your order will be instantly reduced.
