The cream is nourishing to the skin and goes on and absorbs very easily. However the fact that it is so thick makes it difficult to squeeze out of the small hole in the top of the bottle , especially for older people of which I am one. I resorted to unscrewing the top from the bottle and the cream was much easier to apply with this

I have Psoriasis almost all over my body, but worst of all is my right leg(ie. under knee down ) and foot...the first day I started the diet on 2-9-2020...from the first day I felt the difference ..after the first -10 days skin of my leg started drying Up until now and redness fading with the help of the soothing ointment. However. Through out I kept getting flares and sleep disturbances due to dryness of skin and burning sensations- the soothing cream helped very much on the ill areas, once the patches started to dry, i felt ,is not enough I am using Vaseline as well for the dryness in particular but not on the effected patches -. Now thank God flares much , much less and to the better; the diet affecting my whole body physically and overall...Thank you Psolace, for me, you are God sent....

What you may experience
If you have not gone through a fasting/detox process before you may experience the “healing crisis” which is characterized by a temporary increase in discomfort during the body’s process of detoxification (which could include a new or increased flare-up of your psoriasis as well as other common detox symptoms).
This may occur when internal toxins and wastes are being released faster than the body can eliminate them. If your body has this reaction it is an indication that the process of cleansing and detoxification is working well and that your body is removing impurities, toxins and other wastes through the skin.
Additionally, when you start the fasting process with our treatment, you will be consuming ONLY liquids (with our products) in the morning each day. On rare occasions your energy levels may reduce, you may feel dizzy or lightheaded or experience low blood sugar levels.
Your body WILL adjust to this process and these effects will subside and disappear. If the fasting process becomes too difficult, permitted snack foods (supplied in your product booklet) may be consumed.

We’ve created a product book specifically for you that explain exactly how each product is to be taken throughout each day. This book is provided together with your 30 day treatment system.
Store all the products in a cool, dry area. Storage instructions are clearly noted on the packaging of each product.
We understand that following our suggested diet plan (provided in your treatment system) may be difficult for people with certain eating habits, however, part of achieving success with this treatment system comes from the food you eat each day and so we strongly recommend that you do strictly follow our diet plan, however, if this is not possible then we urge you strictly avoid ALL foods listed in your product guide booklet, and eat ONLY the recommended food types (also listed in the product guide booklet).
Drinking the correct type and quality of water in crucial. Bottled mineral water (unflavoured, still water only) with a pH level of 7.3 and above is required for optimal results, however, if this is absolutely not possible for you then filtered tap water may be used.
